Micron offers a 24/7 product support service with a 12 month (2000 hour) warranty on selective products sold within all major South African centres. With an after-sales team of 20 technicians countrywide and our extensive parts holding, Micron strives to keep product downtime to a minimum. Using our state of the art service vehicles, Micron offers an onsite service and repair with optional product training for drivers.
Our product support team offers the option for a full maintenance contract tailor made to suit your application on all units sold. This agreement includes a monthly maintenance of the unit and a majority of non-wearable parts, subject to abuse. This keeps the units running efficiently and prolongs the lifespan of the attachment. Monthly integrity checks let our technicians identify and fix problems before they cause downtime.
