ARC has realised that the key to success is focused on creating a sophisticated after-sales support network, ensuring high levels of uptime during the contract life of the product. With service centres countrywide and engineering back up in Johannesburg and Durban, ARC are able to offer technical support and a wide range of parts in all the major South African centres.

ARC offers a 24/7 product support service with a 12 month (2000 hour) warranty on selective products sold within all major South African centres. With an after-sales team of 20 technicians countrywide and our extensive parts holding, ARC strives to keep product downtime to a minimum. Using our state of the art service vehicles, ARC offers an onsite service and repair with optional product training for drivers.

Our product support team offers the option for a full maintenance contract tailor made to suit your application on all units sold. This agreement includes a monthly maintenance of the unit and a majority of non-wearable parts, subject to abuse. This keeps the units running efficiently and prolongs the lifespan of the attachment. Monthly integrity checks let our technicians identify and fix problems before they cause downtime.

ARC keeps a large stock holding of parts for all of our wide range of products. ARC is constantly striving to create a service that focuses on customer satisfaction while helping them increase their productivity through efficient and problem free equipment.
