MICRON MHE KZN (MK) offers a varying range of maintenance contracts and service agreements tailor made to suit both the customers equipment and application. With rental units readily available our goal is to always keep the customer in operation. The MK team is constantly striving to create a service that focuses on customer satisfaction while helping them increase their productivity through efficient and problem free equipment.
Full Maintenance Contract (FMC):
A Full Maintenance Contract (FMC) can be offered with any new equipment sold. This includes our service technician to do monthly service checks and pressure testing every 3 months. An FMC includes the replacement of majority spare parts and comes with a residual buyback value at the end of the contract term.
Service Agreements (SA):
MK also can offer a tailor-made Service Agreement’s (SA) to suit your specific application requirements. The common SA’s are either a 3 or 6 monthly service check and 6 monthly pressure tests at a reduced hourly rate. While SA’s still include the replacement of spare parts and a residual buyback value in the agreement it is reduced slightly compared to an FMC.
Clamp Medical AID (CMA):
This is a new initiative from MK which is the lowest hourly / monthly cost (40% of an FMC). CMA offers a safety net to reduce costs on repairs and services over the lifespan of the attachment. His comes with a special 35% discount on all spares required with an up to date CMA. Month to month you build up a saving fund for when you really need it.
